Seascape Site Development

• Development of a sloping site in Paremata for a new dwelling.

• This comprised extensive retaining to create a driveway and building platform. Retaining was undertaken using crib walls and panelled block walls against the hillside with timber pole walls tied back where the height required and backfilling to create the driveway.
