Construction of a substantial debris protection fence along the property boundary.
The neighbour's property comprised a very high loose rock face with ongoing slips and debris falls which had previously damaged the house and posed a significant safety threat to the occupants.
Following scaling of the face to remove the obviously loose rocks, a steel and mesh debris fence was constructed along the property boundary to protect the house and rear garden area from falling and bouncing rock debris.
The fence was located on an old slope formed from previous slip debris accumulated over time with foundations through the surface soils and anchored into the rock below.
